Elba Bistro

Elba, Yair Yosefi’s Tel Aviv Bistro, takes its name from a small Mediterranean island off the coast of Italy, famous for being the place of exile for the Emperor Napoleon, a man with an appetite for war and indifferent to gastronomic delights. Like the island, Elba Bistro is located midpoint between Paris and Tel Aviv, between the culinary tradition of France and that of the Mediterranean kitchen; combining local products, Parisian know-how and the taste of Israel.

Our team formulated the strategic concept and the visual language as a venue for a rendezvous of gastronomy and people, a place where reminders of Mediterranean and European cultures and tastes converge.
